IT - La coscienza è la consapevolezza di sé in riferimento alla totalità delle esperienze vissute o immaginate, ad un dato momento o per un certo periodo di tempo; come l'acqua di un fiume, non è mai identica a se stessa, è in continuo divenire, perché in ogni istante con l'esperienza muta. Il viaggio amplifica questo processo: acuisce i sensi, porta luce nel buio dell'abitudine, moltiplica le informazioni e gli incontri. Ogni compagno rende più ricco il viaggio con la sua storia personale: le singole individualità attorno a un fuoco, lungo un sentiero di un bosco, su una spiaggia remota diventano coscienza collettiva.
